The hotel is perfectly situated in downtown, just a few yards away from the buzzing bars around the strip. It is central to literally everything in the city, making it a convenient choice for exploring Benidorm. The daytime entertainment provided by the hotel was top-notch, ensuring that guests are entertained throughout their stay. The rooms were modern and clean, with lovely views of the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with any problems promptly resolved. The breakfast included was delicious and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.
The lifts in the hotel can get quite busy in the morning and are rather small, which can be a slight inconvenience for guests.

The location was great, with all the bars, restaurants, and Levante beach within easy walking distance. The hotel's pool area was lively and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when I accidentally left my towels behind at the pool and when I needed assistance with hotel transfers. The room was cleaned daily and I always had fresh towels. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was of a good standard.

Good location. Very clean rooms and facilities. Food had plenty of options for all-inclusive. No smoking allowed except on balconies. Staff were fantastic.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Benidorm. the location was superb, with the hotel situated in the lively New Town area. It was just a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Additionally, there was a great indoor market close by, which was perfect for shopping and exploring. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels provided daily. I particularly appreciated the balcony, where I could relax and soak in the atmosphere of the area. Lastly, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, including refreshing smoothies. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for all the activities ahead.
